During National Apprenticeship Week 2024 (NAW24) we're celebrating the achievements of apprentices across the county. As part of it, this week former Worcestershire County Council apprentice Bethan is sharing her journey and meeting other county council apprentices too.
In Worcestershire there are so many fantastic apprenticeship opportunities, whether that's working with us or local, national and international businesses. If you're over 16 then you could find an apprenticeship is fantastic way to kick-start your career journey, re-skill for a new career, or improve the skills you have. They are a great alternative to university too, allowing you to learn while you earn.
