New Delhi, Oct 16 (ANI): Former Chief Minister Madhu Koda on Friday said that he is mulling to approach Supreme Court over his rejection of plea by special CBI court to summon former prime minister Manmohan Singh as an additional accused in a coal scam case. Madhu Koda's lawyer Vijay Kumar said that post the order comes then shall decide the future course of action.
