To lock the oven, you have to press and hold the clock and plus buttons at the same time, until the word SAFE appears on the oven display.
After a while, the lock symbol will also appear on the oven display and the oven will be physically locked.

To unlock the child and key lock, hold down the clock and plus buttons again, until you hear the oven unlock and the key symbol disappears from the display.
