Highlights from the 2024 OCAA Women's Soccer Semi Finals between the Seneca Sting and the Sheridan Bruins. The Sting won the match 2-1 and advance to the gold medal game. Yoana Peralta Fernandez opened up the scoring for Seneca in the 14th minute to take a 1-0 lead. In the 2nd half Sheridan tied up the game after Jessica Jagdeo scored on a penalty kick. Seneca kept their composure and less than 7 minutes later Alexis Cordeiro scored the game winning goal from a Yoana Peralta Fernandez cross. Yoana Peralta Fernandez was named player of the match for the Sting. The game was played on October 25, 2024 at Seneca's Newnham Field.
