Here is the step-by-step process on how to do this:
1. The first step is to gather all your equipment, which includes a USB cable and your power bank.
2. Next, using the USB cable that is provided, plug the USB output port and the Micro input port together.
3. Once this is done, let the USB cable stay connected for approximately 15 seconds.
4. Once the 15 seconds are over, detach the USB cable.
5. You will know the reset process was successful once you see that the power bank has stopped blinking or the LED lights have stopped flashing. Your power bank will now be ready for use.
6. Once the device has been successfully reset, you can now reboot your power bank and assess its performance.
