MEETHA PAAAAN....
Ingredients:
Ash gourd:-1
Khova:-200gms Sugar:-according to ur taste Water:-2cups Green colour:-1/4th tea spoon Cardamom
Cloves
Recipe: Firstly
Remove the peel and seeds and the upper part Of Ash gourd
Only slice out the white part below as
shown from the Ash gourd
Now boil those sliced pieces in a pan. Add green colour.
After some time strain them
Now take a other pan or bowl add sugar and water.. Add some cardamom .Boil it until it gets thick consistentcy Again add the green colour.. Now add the strained ash gourd pieces.
After some time turn off the flame let it cool. Now take one piece and add khova. Now fold it to give a pan shape seal it or close it with a clove. Fold all other pieces similar ly
Meetha pan is ready....
