I've been looking for a Keto friendly pizza recipe which is not too heavy and cheesy for my tummy with real bread texture. After some experiment with my earlier Keto bread recipe, I've come across this version which has the nice yeast flavour and bread texture, just as good as the normal Pizza. Give it a try and hope you enjoy it as much as I do! :)
This recipe will make one 12 inches thin pizza base or 10 inches thick edge pizza base.
DRY INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup (70g) Coconut flour ([ Ссылка ])
1/4 cup (20g) Blanched Almond flour ([ Ссылка ]
3 tbsp (25g) Whole Psyllium Husk ([ Ссылка ]
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mix herbs flakes (optional)
1 tbsp Bragg nutritional yeast seasoning (optional) ([ Ссылка ])
PREPARE THE YEAST:
2 tsp dry yeast
1tsp honey or syrup (this is to feed the yeast, there will be no sugar left in the dough made)
1 cup warm water
( This is to make the nice yeast flavour in the dough, you can substitute above with 2tsp Baking powder)
WET INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar ([ Ссылка ])
2 tsp Olive oil
