We discuss the Researcher's Journey and the hardships they face during this Journey. Our motive is to celebrate the Researcher's Journey over time.
Today we are sharing the Ph.D. Admission Experience of Ms. Navya Bagga:
Navya has just concluded her Post Graduation in Commerce from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. Prior to this, she has completed her graduation in Economics from the University of Delhi itself. Integrity in her outlook, behavior, and work ethic, she has an inclination towards academics and research.
Having cleared UGC NET- JRF in commerce, she now intends to pursue Ph.D. in the domain of HR & OB.
Despite having now or little corporate or academic experience, the combined understanding of Human Resource Management and Economics owing to her educational background enable her to assess the importance of investing in human capital.
The purpose of her life is to closely bind education-based learning with experiential research-centric findings to create an impact on the student community, peer group, workplace, and environment around her, that too consistently and effectively.
