Facebook allows you to share your phone number with friends, no one or everyone in the privacy settings. In this video, I walk you through steps to find someone's phone number. Keep in mind, you will have a better shot if you can become friends with them so send a friend request. If not, you can try to send them a message on Messenger and ask for their number on there.

If they have their phone number set to only me then there really is no way to see that number. I wouldn't trust any hacks or people that claim to let you see their number, they'll likely just give you a virus or break into your account. These tricks work for both iPhone and Android in 2021.
