Once the '91 OBS LS swapped truck started and ran, a few issues popped up. #1 was the temperature gauge did not function. This had to be repaired before any of the other issues could be resolved. Luckily it was not too difficult to sort out. The next big issue was the electric cooling fans needed to work. In this video, I show you how I tested and fixed that issue. Realize, that there can be many things that prevent something from working. This is how I figured out my issue.
