When I was 25, I traveled to Prague, Shanghai, Dubai, and Munich. I always walked through the cities on my own two feet. It's the best way to experience the city and learn about the locals, not from a taxi or a five-star resort.
That's what I did in Manila. I began in BGC, Taguig, and walked all the way through Guadalupe Nuevo, Guadalupe Viejo, and Mandaluyong to Makati. I met many wonderful people on the streets of Manila, and I was smiling when I returned to the hotel.
