A report from Massachusetts’ Center for Health Information and Analysis shows that more than one third of residents have had trouble accessing a primary care physician in the state. This combined with the ever-present threat of COVID-19 have many doctors on edge, overworked, and leaving the field. Doctor Katherine Gergen Barnett, vice chair of primary care innovation and transformation in Boston Medical Center's Department of Family Medicine joined Sue O’Connell to discuss.
