In today's episode, I'm showing you how to make my homemade vegan version of a McDonald's Egg McMuffin. Using some tricks and a couple clever products, I was able to make a breakfast sandwich that really tastes like it has bacon, eggs, and cheese on it. This is definitely one of my favorites!
