I will give you 10 Yoga advices, 10 tips for your first Yoga class on How to prepare for it, so that it will be more enjoyable, productive and less stressful.
I will also explain some mistakes that Yoga beginners do and how to avoid them.
This video will have answers on the main questions that I once had. Here I share with you my experience so that hopefully you can fall in love with yoga after one class like once I did.
