Dozens of Ukrainian service members returned home Monday after the latest prisoner swap with Russia. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said soldiers who had fought at the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol and at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant were among the returnees.
