This video is one of the many ways to do a warming up before your calisthenics workout. I prefer this warming up at this moment in time, because I have some issues with my wrists and shoulders. When I skip on my warming up(you know you do this too!) I notice it the next day. If you wonder for how long or how many reps should I make. Do whatever feels right. Because it may always take different amount of attention to full work on the flexibility of the muscles.
