This is my coast to coast run on my drz on the 02 01 2014

I got the idea for doing a coast to coast from seeing
Svengalie doing one a few years back

The one I have done is very loosely based on
the Alfred Wainwright's walk [ Ссылка ]
well the start and end are that all
But the route was my own making not the one the walkers take
It took me over 5 months in the planning

To make the map up that I used it has 236 waypoint makers
just to show this route on my gps (left handle bar)
plus i had a sat nav on my right handle bar for help with the road stuff

The map shown in the video is the road only one (i did not use )
I had 3 routes plotted out just in case
The first over a 1/3 off-road and the rest mainly just using b roads (which I tired to follow) 223 mile
The second about ¼ off-road and the rest mainly just using b roads
Plus a full road one as back up mainly just using b roads

By the end of the day I had coved 426 miles in total when I eventually got home that night
123miles to get to st bees and coast run 223miles and 80miles to get home from robin hoods bay

Once the light had gone I had to give up with the off road parts as it was getting to dangerous

the Manor cafe was my main rest stop about halfway through
