INGREDIENTS
Pimms Cucumber Old-Fashioned Ingredients:
2 oz of Pimm’s No. 1
1 oz of Indoggo Gin
½ oz Cucumber lemon Mint Syrup
1-2 dahses of mint bitters
1-2 dashes of lemon bitters
Ginger beer or Ginger Ale
Cut fruit and cucumber
Fresh mint
Making Pimms Cucumber Old-Fashioned:
In a mixing glass with ice add in the 2 oz of Pimm’s No. 1
Pour in the 1 oz of Indoggo Gin
Adding the 1-2 dashes of mint bitters and also the 1-2 dashes of lemon bitters to help bring out those flavors
Pour in the ½ oz of cucumber lemon mint syrup and stir till chilled
Strain into a glass filled with the cut fruit, cucumber, and ice
Top off with about ½ oz to 1 oz of ginger beer or ginger ale
Garnish with the fresh mint
