In April 2009, 8-year-old Tori Stafford vanished on her way home from school. In the days that followed, suspicion immediately fell on Tori's mother, Tara McDonald. Her media appearances raised eyebrows, and when CCTV footage of someone with Tori outside her school was released, it further fuelled the rumors of her involvement. However, when another lead came in, an entirely new person was thrown into the mix, and eventually, that person would come clean about what really happened.
