BULKING on a BUDGET | 3000 CALORIES & 200G PROTEIN full day of eating | *£5.77 a day* Eating 215G PROTEIN & 3000 calories. A full day of eating for a lean bulk. Eating this amount of calories for me allows me to gain weight at a slow rate. Obviously macros goals are dependant on the individual, this amount of food could be maintenance or even a calorie deficit for some people. But this is how I eat over 200G PROTEIN with ease and enjoy fast healthy meals at the same time at a low cost. Perfect for anyone that is trying to bulk on a budget, especially could help students on a budget to build muscle.
All meals are consisting of high protein, an ideal full day of eating for anyone interested in bodybuilding or anyone that just wants to bulk up and build some muscle and strength whilst saving some money. It’s a basic high protein diet that is healthy with lots of vitamins and minerals.
