This mung bean dessert was introduced to me by a Malaysian friend. I love the combination with tapioca pearls (sago). The palm sugar and pandan leaves add flavor to the already rich coconut milk. Enjoy, Benjar

► 400 g Mung (green) Beans
► 50 g Tapioca Pearls (Sago)
► 120g Palm Sugar
► 4-5 Stalks Pandan Leaves
► 500 ml Coconut Milk
►1/2 tsp. Salt
