In June of 1996, Quint was named the Administrator of Baptist Hospital, Inc. in Pensacola, Florida. While President, Quint used his past experiences to lead this organization to unprecedented success. In 1999, inc. magazine named Quint its March Master of Business, making him the only healthcare leader to have ever won this award.

Today, Studer Group is considered to be the leading company in assisting organizations to achieve their desired results.
