-2 sukhi lal mirch/ dried red chilli
-1tsp jeera/ cumin seeds
-7-8 kali mirch/ black pepper
-2 tej patta/ bay leaf
-4-5 laung/ clove
-2 dalchini/ cinnamon
-2 badi elaichi/ black cardamom
▲ 2tbsp Ghee/ Clarified butter
▲ 1tsp Kashmiri lal mirch powder/ Kashmiri red chilli powder
▲ 1tsp lal mirch powder/ red chilli powder
▲ 1tsp dhaniya powder/ Coriander powder
▲ 1/2tsp haldi/ Turmeric powder
▲ Salt to taste
▲ 1tsp kasuri methi/ dried Fenugreek leaves
▲ 1tsp Chini/ Sugar
▲ 2tbsp Doodh ki Malai/ Fresh cream
▲ 1tsp Jeera powder/ cumin powder
