This is a world 1st played with the composer! My friend,composer and fellow Guitarist Yvonne Bloor wrote this 3 part Guitar Trio after returning from teaching Guitar at a music summer school in the West Indies. There are distinct flavors of the Caribbean in her trio, you can almost hear the Steel Pans in the 3rd movement! Many Thanks to Dr. Shaun Purkiss ( guitar 2 ) for inviting us to his house to play and record this live for you, it was a delightful afternoon.
It would be nice if a big music publishing company would hear this and help promote Yvonnes Guitar compositions?
