Yale Conexis L1 Lock.
This is the second Yale Conexis L1 lock i've had fitted to this door.
As it's a composite door, The lock is NOT compatible as the door is made of wood. (as a lot of door are) But wood shrinks and expands in extreme temperatures. (although 26 degrees in spring, and -1 in winter i don't think is extreme,)
Yale have been useless in their customer support, and addressing the problem.
If shaming them on social media is the only way i can get this sorted,
Then they have seen nothing yet..
