I know what you're thinking — fries on keto?! Well, we've come up with how to make crispy fries out of rutabaga, a lower carb root vegetable that tastes similar to sweet potatoes!
In this recipe, the rutabaga is cut down into fry-like sticks, seasoned, and then tossed in a hot oven to crisp up to perfection. We served ours with homemade keto ketchup, but you could buy your favorite condiments for dipping. Another yummy option for these fries is mixing low carb ketchup with mayo for a sugar-free Fry Sauce!
