UDT TACTICAL TIP:

Double feeds can pose a serious issue and down time. Double feeds occur due to a failure to extract. Over expansion of your casing, chamber not lubed properly, or a broken extractor. Work proper form and clear your weapon. Removing the top round isn't always necessary however the projectile will compress causing possible feeding and over compression issues that may lead into another malfunction/jam. It doesn't take any longer to remove the round while you fix the issue.
