Kathryn Dovey of the OECD talks about the National Contact Points (NCPs) for Responsible Business Conduct — the unique grievance mechanism created to address and resolve cases of potential non-compliance to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises - during a video address to the Responsible Business Forum hosted by Ukraine National Contact Point.
