I travel to Comox Valley to embrace the 13th annual BC Seafood Festival. A weekend including a tour of Fanny Bay’s oyster farm, a plane ride up north, an 8 course meal with 7 glasses of wine, all you can eat oysters, hobnobbing with chefs, touching all sorts of marine life, and a big bag of cheese curds.
