Puerto Rico still has a power problem, two months after Hurricane Maria hit. Many power plants across the island are still shut down, with Puerto Rico's plants operating at just 50% capacity. It may be the biggest blackout in U.S. history, and it's turning parts of Puerto Rico into a test bed for new technology that could provide the blueprint for bringing power back to the island.
