The Sumner Grade Fire, which prompted Level 3 evacuations in Bonney Lake, has grown to 150 acres and is approximately 20% contained, according to East Pierce Fire.
The fire started late Monday night alongside SR 410 before winds and dry conditions fueled the fire from 50 acres to 150 acres on Tuesday. At least four structures are destroyed. There are no injuries to report. SR 410 remain closed due to the fire and downed lines. Find traffic updates here
