The Dairy Sustainability Assessment Tool (DSAT) enables farmers, cooperatives, companies, organisations and other stakeholders to discuss the sustainability of a dairy sector. It sparks insights and dialogue about sustainability threats and the opportunities for joint action. The tool can be adjusted to assess sustainability at farm level, at district level or at national level. The DSAT workshop takes a full day. The tool was developed by NEADAP partner Wageningen Livestock Research
