This painting by Jonas Wood was featured in our Frieze London Online Viewing Room, which was open October 1–10, 2018.

"WKS NPP #1" mimics Wood’s practice of scrawling images on hotel and office stationery. Having collected a selection of branded desk notepads, he enlarged them and turned them into backdrops for wall-size paintings first presented in 2017. Here, Wood pairs the Wood Kusaka Studios logo with two swimming fish depicted in whimsical, Fauvist colors.
