Ingredients:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 & ¼ Cup
-Olper’s Cream ½ Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 8-10
-Adrak (Ginger) 2-inch piece
-Kacha papita (Raw papaya) 2-inch piece
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Podina (Mint leaves) 1-2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1-2 tbs
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
-Javitri powder (Mace powder) ¼ tsp
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tbs
-Chicken tikka 4 pieces (1kg)
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Lemon slices

Directions:
-In a blender jug,add yogurt,cream,green chillies,garlic,ginger,raw papaya,lemon juice,mint leaves, fresh coriander,coriander seeds,black pepper powder,garam masala powder,cumin seeds,salt, nutmeg powder,mace powder,dried fenugreek leaves,blend well & set aside.
-Make deep cuts on both sides of chicken pieces,add ½ quantity of prepared marinade,coat well & marinate for 1-2 hours & reserve remaining marinade for later use.
-Heat large griddle,add cooking oil,marinated chicken & cook on low flame from both sides until light golden (8-10 minutes).
-Add reserved marinade & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add green chillies,lemon slices,fresh coriander,mix well & cook until done.
-Add green chilli,reserved marinade & fresh coriander.
-Garnish with green chilli,fresh coriander & serve with chapati!

-Blender jug mein dahi,cream,hari mirchein,lehsan,adrak,kacha papita,lemon juice,podina,hara dhania,sabut dhania,kali mirch powder,garam masala powder,zeera,namak,jaifil powder,javitri powder aur kasuri methi dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Chicken pieces ka dono sides per deep cuts laga lein,tayyar marinade ki ½ quantity dal ker ache tarhan coat kareib aur 1-2 hours kliya marinate ker lein & remaining marinade ko bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Large tawa ko garam karein,cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal ker halki ancch per dono sides sa light golden ho jaay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).
-Reserved marinade dal dein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hari mirchein,lemon juice aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pak janay tak paka lein.
-Hari mirch,reserved marinade aur hara dhania dal dein.
