Ingredients
1. 2lbs chicken
2. Red onion
3. Green Chillies
4. Ginger
5. Garlic
6. Cinnamon
7. Clove
8. Cardamom
9. Cilantro
Prep Time - 10 mins
Cook Time - 30 mins
Note: Marinate Chicken in yoghurt, chilli powder, salt and lemon juice mix well and store it in the refrigerator for 1hr.
1. Set the Instant Pot to Sautee mode medium hot
2. Sautee all Spices for a min
3. Add onions and saute until they turn golden brown
4. Add chicken and stir for 2 mins
5. Turn off IP from Saute mode and turn it back on manual mode for 10 mins high pressure
6. After 10 mins do a Quick pressure release
7. Garnish with Cilantro and enjoy your quick chicken curry
