The warden pulled over her silver Peugeot (inset) on double yellow lines before pouncing on a jacked range rover. Lauretta Wright, 40, was so angry after witnessing the incident in Orpington, south east London, that she photographed the attendant in action. She saw a repair man helping the driver with his wheel but they left the vehicle momentarily unattended to fetch a spare tyre. Just minutes later, Ms Wright saw a parking warden dash over and smack a ticket on the windscreen.
