This is a great idea for the insurance company, but certainly not for you. They are suggesting that to you precisely because they know that you would do much better with an attorney than you would do without an attorney. It is a major priority with insurance companies these days to try to hustle people to a quick settlement, tell them any number of things one of which is you're better off without an attorney. Clearly simply think who's suggesting this to you and you'll recognize immediately that it's certainly not in your best interest.
