This World Event bugged out on me i could not fight who i chose to so i had an idea set the house on fire wait for a guard to investigate as they pretty much always do assassinate guard and place at the feet of whomever you chose and throw a torch at the body the flames will kill them and you can talk to the other person and finish the world event yes i missed twice.
