Even though our house is only three years old, the garage door has intermittently not shut. I have tried several things all recorded on my channel including lubricating it. Lubrication works for a few months but then stops closing. It stops about 1/4 the way down. Before now, I have never checked if the tracks were skewed. As it turns out, they were. Now it shuts every time.
