Cheez Whiz Recipe:
1 cup Heavy cream
1 cup shredded sharp or extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded cubed Colby cheese
2 oz cream cheese
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t dry mustard
1/4 tsp paprika (not smoked)
Add heavy cream to a saucepan, and cook over medium heat until it starts to get hot. Add in the cheeses and melt slightly. Add in the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and paprika. Combine well and add in the cream cheese. Whisk until the the consistency is proper and you get the consistency in the video. Cool on the counter until cheez whiz consistency stirring every once in a while and refrigerate. Use right out of the fridge or microwave or heat in pot for thinner consistency.
