Classes are specially designed to support mature high achieving women.
They are designed to support stressed nervous systems, lessen aches, pains, and stiffness.
If you have menopause or perimenopause symptoms, these classes will help.
They are a blend of Hatha, Yin and Gentle Yoga and are designed to help women who are depleted, stressed, frustrated, and reactive.
Enjoy movement, breath, stretching and coaching, and mindset work.
Restore peace and calm your busy mind.
If you are a woman physician with fatigue, menopause symptoms, burnout, overwhelm, low motivation and energy, or anxiety, join me to let go of stress, feel better, and begin to make changes in your health, relationships, career and life.
Classes are taught by a 50-year-old woman physician who is a yoga and mindfulness teacher, a life coach, and a wellness expert.
Breathe in self-compassion and kindness and breathe out worry and doubt.
Practice tender self-compassion, lessen chronic pain, and let go of urgency, fear, resentment, jealousy, anger, and other intense emotions.
Learn to be present, breathe, and shift and restore your energy.
We will nourish and balance your nervous system. And rekindle your spirit and energy.
