The stairs are done! This is NOT your typical stair build. I had left over pressure treated lumber from my deck that I was able to use in lieu of making stair stringers. If you are starting from scratch it is cheaper to make stair stringers but this way is easier.

There are a ton of stair calculators online that you can input your exact dimensions and it will tell you the raise and run of what your stairs need to be. Guaranteed mine are different so use my design but not my dimensions.

and yes before you mention it by door swings inward so I do not need a landing on this side of my stairs.
