Drying apples for long term storage. Can I dry apples into crisps? My previous attempts were always with apple wedges. And they always came out leathery. Still great for long term storage. But I wanted to try something different.
Long story short, I succeeded.
There is one problem though, they are so tasty that they won't last. The 0.5 liter jar is already empty....
