Rayang Village to Host First-Ever Pre-Solung Festival Celebration

Ruksin, August 17:- In a press briefing, the organizing chairman of the first-ever Pre-Solung Festival Celebration 2024 at Rayang village, Ruksin, East Siang district, Sri Kengam Gao, along with Head Gaon Burah (HGB) Sri Tabang Saroh, advisor Sri Bajong Saroh, and Rayang Bane Kebang Secretary Sri Tabang Saroh, shared details regarding the upcoming event.
The community has announced that the celebration will be held over three days, from the 25th to the 27th of August, 2024. The event will feature various cultural programs aimed at showcasing the rich traditions and heritage of the region. Organizers are expecting thousands of spectators to attend, and they are taking precautions to ensure safety and security, as well as manage road traffic effectively.
On the first night, budding singer Sri Gidang Mega will entertain the public. On the second night, renowned singer Sri Gemo Diyum is set to thrill the audience. The festival will conclude with a special performance on the third night by Indian Idol Season 3 winner, Sri Prashant Tamang.
The Pre-Solung Rayang organizing committee is appealing to everyone to join the celebration and help make this first-ever event a grand success.
