The Governor of Edo State Senator Monday Okpebholo has flagged off the construction Of 4.7 kilometre Uteh-palace road connecting Ikpoba Okha to Uhunmwonde LGA.
The road is in fulfilment of the Governor's electioneering campaign to residents in the area in September this year.
