So today I have shared with you the secret of the crispiest chili paneer ever!
There are Special Tips to ensure that the Paneer in the Chili paneer stays crispy even after being tossed in the sauce and does not turn soggy at all.
Also, the coating of the paneer in the chili will not come off when cooked with the sauce.
I have also shared with you the recipe of a chili paste to get the perfect flavor for the chili paneer.
This is a dry preparation but you can make a chili paneer in gravy with the same recipe.

Recipe :
Chili Paneer
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
300g Paneer
1 capsicum
1 onion
1 tbsp chopped
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped spring onion greens
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp Aromat powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp Chinese salt3 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp flour
Oil
2 tbsp chili paste
For chili paste:
20 dry red chilies (deseeded)
¼ cup garlic
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
Salt to taste
Method:
Soak the deseeded chilies in boiling water for 20 minutes. Discard the water. Grind to a coarse paste with the garlic, Kashmiri chili powder and 2 tbsp water.
Cut paneer into 1” cubes.
Cut the onions & capsicum also in 1” cubes.
Marinate the paneer cubes with 2 tbsp chili paste for 20 minutes
Mix together the corn flour and the flour and toss the paneer in dry flour.
Dip each piece of paneer in water and coat with dry flour mix again.
Fry in medium hot oil till golden and crisp.
Remove and set aside.
Hat 2 tbsp oil in a Pan.
Add the chopped ginger and the garlic. Sauté till golden. Add the chopped green chilies, cubed onions and capsicum.
Sauté for a minute and add in all the sauces and the powdered spices. Mix well. Add 1 tbsp corn flour dissolved in 1 cup water and mix well. As the gravy sauce thickens and becomes glossy, add in the paneer pieces and give a good toss.
Serve immediately garnished with spring onions.
