The Rochers de Naye is a mountain in the Vaud Prealps above Veytaux and Villeneuve and is considered the local mountain of Montreux. The rock massif, the highest point at 2042 m above sea level. M. is made of limestone. From Montreux, a cogwheel railway leads to the mountain, which is operated by the Transports Montreux-Vevey-Riviera. At the mountain station there is a hotel and a restaurant as well as an enclosure for marmots. From the summit, which can be reached all year round, you have a view of Lake Geneva and the mountain ranges of Jura, the Bernese, Friborg, the Valais and the Savoy Alps. To the east, a mountain trail leads to the Alpinum La Rambertia and the Cave Grotte de Naye.
