Hi Push Community and SmartDrive Users,
We have experienced lots of demand for the newest SmartDrive device, the Speed Control Dial.
For some users, the issue of the SmartDrive speed being very slow or not moving the wheelchair at all has unfortunately been quite common.
But we have the solution for you!
Simply watch this video below and follow these steps on how to set your SmartDrive and your Speed Control Dial to operate efficiently.
- Make sure you have the most up to date version of the app
- Have the SmartDrive on, and your phone’s Bluetooth switched on.
- Make sure there are no other phones close by with their Bluetooth on.
Follow these steps below:
1) Open the Push Tracker App on your phone, the logo is a blue background with a white wheelchair.
2) Create an account.
3) Once logged in, click the PROFILE button down the bottom right corner of the screen.
4) Scroll down to CONTROL CONFIGURATION and select “Switch control with SmartDrive”.
5) Press the wheel cog button at the top right corner of the screen, this takes you to SETTINGS.
6) Click the phone icon with the down arrow in the top right corner.
7) Click start or retry if no SmartDrive is detected. The download should start and take around 5 minutes.
8) Once finished the SmartDrive will reboot and beep. Your SmartDrive is now ready to use, with the light on the dial should be flashing, indicating that the
9) SmartDrive is synced and ready to be operated.
