Beef with bone 1 kg
Chilly powder 3-4 teaspoons or according to your spiciness
Coriander powder 4 heaped teaspoons
Turmeric powder 1 sp
Fennel seed powder 3/4 th teaspoon
Salt according to your taste
Coconut oil
Shallots 1 handful
Curry leaves 5-6 strings
