In this video, I show you how to easily convert your Adobe Lightroom presets into LUTS that can be use in Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Capcut.
-
HEAR ME OUT! If you’re serious about getting into video editing, you should learn how to colour-grade your footage in whichever software you decide to dabble on.
-
That said, when I first started getting into video editing, I aimed to simply create short-form vlogs. I had an idea that I wanted to bring to life. The process behind video editing was already intimidating as it is, so I didn’t want to add the struggle of colour grading to the struggle of slicing clips, transitions and sound design.
-
Therefore, when I discovered how EASY it is to convert the presets I’ve worked hard to develop over the years into luts instead of figuring out how to recreate them from scratch in the form of a LUT, it was a welcome peace to my chaotic mind.
-
It's such a specific task, and I struggled to find info on it, but I can't be the only one, so I figured I'd create this tutorial and share it with y'all.
-
Let me know your thoughts or if you were to do things differently.
